Katie got confused last night and ran away on main road from Oxford to Collingwood NS. She is a black lapdog 14 plus years young, who needs medications. She was tracked heading towards Oxford however the tracks ended with tire tracks. My dog has been missing since Wednesday, she was last seen at our house on Wood St. She had broken off her chain so she most likely would still have a piece of the chain attatched to her collar, we have looked everywhere for her! We called animal services and they should be here soon, but I thought that it would be good if the owner was looking for them, …that they would know that their dog is in a safe place, and not out in the cold. (HeatherM/contacted/11pm Feb 24th)
Roaming Dog: Three Brooks:(from Discussions/facebook) A friend of mine just called me and said she just saw a collie running around the train tracks in 3 Brooks subdivision near the Sir John A MacDonald school. She got as close as she could and saw his name was Speedy and that there was a phone number on the tag, but no address. She didn’t have her phone on her at the time, when she turned around to get it he had taken off.
