RESOLVED: Ranger is Safe and Sound with Animal Control.  Unfortunately, that is where he will stay.  We do not know the full story, and can not begin to guess or speculate.  The important part is the dog is safe for the moment.

Additional Notes: Black fluffy dog, White front and white paws, brown markings on face as well. Long, matted fur. Tail looks like it was broken at one time. Very friendly and loves people. Found in the Ashby Intersection, Sydney roaming in the middle of the street.

FOUND: a lost dog in our back yard (looks like an english bulldog) on Feb 11 around 10pm near Kinsac Road, Beaver bank area. We eventually had to call the HRM Animal Services and they came to picked him up around 12am.  He is an old, dark sandy color english bulldog. we think it weights around 50 lb.
