HAPPY ENDING: Home, Safe and Sound!!  This guy has found his elderly owners.  And the kind woman that took this dog in to safety, will also be taking this dog to the groomers for its owners tomorrow.  Just Fantastic!  Now that is a sign of a true community working together.  I love it!! Additional Notes: Black fluffy dog, White front and white paws, brown markings on face as well. Long, matted fur. Tail looks like it was broken at one time. Very friendly and loves people. Found in the Ashby Intersection, Sydney roaming in the middle of the street.
