Area: Spring Ave. at Portland St., Dartmouth, Halifax, NS

Additional Notes: Small black dog loose around the Portland Estates Intersection ~ Looks like a wiener dog but not 100%. He was wondering down towards Portland St. Superstore when first spotted. When I turned around he made his way across the street (phew!) and was on the hill leading to Spring Ave. When I stopped to try and get him, he ran away. He does have a collar and tags ~ just couldn’t get close enough to read them or catch him. Please keep your eyes open.

Additional Notes: He’s a super sweet dog. Grey and white hair and has an underbite .. We put him on his leash but the clasp mechanism broke. In about 2 mins of him being outside by himself he was nowhere in sight. We walked and drove all over and could not find him. It’s completely out of character for him to stray far from home. With the cold and everything else I’m really worried. Please please keep an eye out!

He is very friendly, doesn’t bark or jump up, doesn’t mind our cat at all, is very sweet natured and docile.
He doesn’t seem to know any commands, or at least any of our commands.

Additional Notes: Oscar is a male jack Russell mix no bigger than a cat. He is white with brown patches. his hair is short and his skin under his hair looks almost like a spotted cow hide.
He’s very lovable but hates bigger dogs.
On Sunday November 8th. 2015 my family and I where on Camp Lone Cloud (an island on Miller Lake in Fall River) getting the Scout Camp closed up for the winter, our puppy loves going out there with us to run around. Sometime before 3pm he went missing when he didn’t come when we called his name before leaving. We look for 3 hours before dark and returned to look again that night and everyday and night for the rest of the week. We left food, water and a cabin open with his blanket and nothing was touched.
