HAPPY ENDING: Home, Safe n’ Sound! Yeah! We thank all that cared and shared. Smart Dakota hunkered down to keep safe. “SHE WAS JUST FOUND!! She is safe and sound!!! Thank you SOOOOO much to everyone, my family and I greatly appreciate it!!!…(Found) Around 5 km away! She bunkered down for the night, she found really good shelter to keep her safe.” (2.17.16 – 2.18.16)

Additional Notes: Fiance is working in Pugwash but we are from Halifax. Fiancé let the dogs out to pee at 6 am and they just ran together as soon as he let them out. Believe deer was in the back field. One dog came out but cannot find the puppy. We walked through the woods for hours and followed her foot prints with no luck. Dakota is a dark coloured German shepherd, dark facial features, she has brown on her head and her ears are brown and black. She has short hair. Wearing a pink and grey collar with flowers on it. She’s a very nice dog but also very shy.
