Additional Info:   I was just at Mel Braine field in Cole Harbour with my dog, when a dog that looked to be a golden retriever mix was hanging around off leash all by himself. … He was very friendly and just seemed to want to play. I couldn’t see if he had tags on his collar, but he did have bells on it. I would have gone to check but I couldn’t leave my dog and he doesn’t do well with other dogs.

Additional Info:  Missing Dogs: sheppard lab mix and a beagle in the membertou/sydney area. Both are female and are the bestest of best friends so they are more than likely together. Both are black, white and brown. The beagle goes by the name Connie and the mix goes by the name of Rudy. Rudy is wearing a faded pink collar and Connie doesn’t have her collar on but she has an ID number tattooed in her ear. Both leashes are still on their houses. We live so close to the highway and connector road that they can be anywhere. Our family is just completely heartbroken with their absence. Any info will be greatly appreciated.

After searching all evening we were ready to give up and heard him barking way in the distance and recognized his bark. We started walking through the woods and found him about 500 meter behind our house caught in a trap. He was hungry, thirsty, cold and had a very sore paw but other than that he seems ok. I will know more in the morning when I call the vet. Thanks for posting the missing notice for me.”
