Additional Notes: Beautiful, well-groomed, well-trained older male dog, found wandering. Wearing a newish blue collar, no tags. We brought him home, warmed him up, and fed him, then, as we were leaving the house the next day, contacted Homeward Bound shelter, where they took him in. He is being sheltered there at present.

Additional Notes: Two curious dogs who got away without their wireless collars on tonight. Both dogs about 70 pounds each. Gold lab is called Emma. Sometimes she limps if she’s been walking a lot. Black dog has white chest and belly. The tip of his tail looks like a paintbrush with white in the end. They have ended up before on the Edison Foot Rd which isn’t far from here.

Additional Notes: Spotted lost and spooked dog. Terrier. Won’t come for snacks, etc. Dark tan mix coat, longer fur. Terrier. Spotted at bottom of Brookdale Crescent. Approaches cars and people. Barks. Checks each car, but when you are the ‘ wrong’ car, barks, and won’t come closer. Have tried with treats, kneeling on road, etc. I have called animal control with this information. They are enroute .

HAPPY ENDING: Home, Safe n’ Sound! Yeah!! From her very happy family: “WE FOUND HER! Sunshine slept outside all night on a rocky beach about a mile from home.   I was up early this morning trudging through the deep snow and found her all alone, away from any house.” She was trapped by her leash around three large rocks on the beach and was a very lucky girl.
