Sunshine

HAPPY ENDING: Home, Safe n’ Sound! Yeah!! From her very happy family: “WE FOUND HER! Sunshine slept outside all night on a rocky beach about a mile from home.   I was up early this morning trudging through the deep snow and found her all alone, away from any house.” She was trapped by her leash around three large rocks on the beach and was a very lucky girl. Thank you so much to all who helped and those that cared and shared her info. YIPPEE!! (2.18.17 – 2.19.17)

REWARD offered for her safe return

  3. Sunshine has been found!! It’s a long story but basically she spent the night outside on a rocky coastal beach just short of the high tide line, with her leash wrapped around 3 rocks. I trudged through deep snow following tracks I found early this morning (after spending half the night awake).

She saw me approach from a distance, barked at first, then wagged her tail, happy to see me.

She is now home, safe and sound, acting like this was just another adventure…and ready to do it again.

We’ve devised yet another way to prevent the leash from getting pulled from our hands.

Thanks to all who shared this post and to the Lost Dog Network.
