Additional Notes: Hey there. I just spotted a black and white mixed breed dog walking down the shoulder of highway 104 just outside Bayfield/ Heatherton area. I slowed down to try to get him/ her but he/she ran towards the woods. Dog looked happy as could be walking down the highway dragging a blue leash behind him/her. Someone is going to be searching. Additional Notes: Just spotted a large dog (Great Dane I believe) on Union St in Bedford. It looked terrified and ran into the woods (up hill) behind number 26. Huge dog with a floppy type ear. Definitely didn’t have a leash but couldn’t tell if it had a collar or what sex it was as it was moving quickly. Animal Control has been notified. It looked similar to this stock photo however, it had a more red/brown colour in it. Thank you.

Additional Notes: Sighted roaming this evening (1.25.19 Friday) around Tillock Dr, McDougall, Glendale and Sackville Sports Stadium. Was spooked by a car and ran away before being contained. It has been suggested this dog has been seen roaming in the area before.

Additional Notes: A young adult (1-3 yrs) German Shepherd mix (Black on top, Tan on bottom – legs/belly) was sighted several times today running along Granville St. near MacSween St. and nearby blocks. When reported to local radio, it was suggested that there were other sightings of the same dog earlier in the week. It had on a pink collar, was friendly and seemed happy to be playing along the waterfront, but no owner was seen. Sex is unknown.

Additional Notes: Skittish Black/Tan Aussie mix sighted roaming in South End Halifax near Dalhousie. Barking, and could not approach as the witness had her own dog with her. Some other people stopped to help and it is unknown if they had success in rounding up this adventurer as they were very spooked and barking. Please share so this dog gets back home safely, thank you.
