Additional Notes: Found a golden retriever in my yard when I got home from work today. Looks to be about 7-8 years old, very sweet male pup. No id, just an HRM registration tag.

I live in the Purcells Cove Area, walked door to door for over an hour but no one recognized him. He’s safe and sound, please contact me if your missing your pup. He misses you.

SIGHTED: Roaming Dog:  Woods Harbour/ East Pubnico & Middle East Pubnico/ Shelburne County BREED: Chocolate Lab “Spotted in woods harbour this morning, 2:00 pm. Lower East Pubnico, and Middle East Pubnico between 4:00-8:00.” He is scared and ran when the sighter tried to help. Update: 3.19.12 – SIGHTED: Sleeping in the ditch of Brow Mountain Rd East, near Baxter’s Harbour Rd, North Mountain, Annapolis Valley, NS

SIGHTED: Roaming Dogs: Berwick/Brow Mountain Road & Baxters Harbour/ Kings County MALES: 2 German Shepherd dogs sighted roaming. One appears to be an adult, other a pup. Both appear to be wearing collars. SIGHTING: Debert/Colchester County MALE: Yellow Lab “There has been a roaming Yellow Lab on Grey Rd in Debert, Nova Scotia, it has be sighted a few times in the last couple weeks, been in and out of peoples yards and does not let us approach to catch it. We are hoping that it is not a drop off. We have Notified Animal Control of this dog and they are keeping a eye out for it but if anyone sees this dogs and can catch him could you please contact animal control to come pick it up before something happens to this dog..897-3175.

UPDATE: Possible Sighting: 3.7.12  at  20:30:  Shoreview Dr, Bedford – Golden Retriever running behind 36 Shoreview Dr this evening.

SIGHTING: Bedford/Rutledge St./HRM MALE: Golden Retriever Sighter saw this dog at approx. 7 am. “Hi, I just saw a lovely senior golden retriever at the top of Rutledge in Bedford. I tried to approach with a leash but it ran into the street and then turned to run towards Shoreview. I was not able to catch up with it but another lady out walking her dog said she had come across it at the bottom of Rutledge around 6 am.” If anyone knows of a missing GR please advise as to this sighting or call 490-4000 if you see this dog.
