We just received this info: “There was/is a small black dog roaming on terrace street / ashby area – has been out since last night – i tried to catch him last night but could not get him – he is small – black – has a collar and tag on him – my husband again – this morning tried to catch him – he came up on our step but then took off when our dog barked – if anyone is looking for him – he is around terrance / herbert area in ashby” Please call with any sightings: Animal Services: Cape Breton SPCA : 539-7722
