We thank the kind people that were able to get Johnny to safety, and to the SPCA for checking him out and getting him home. Johnny’s elderly owners were so relieved to know he was safe. Additional Notes: He was a (mostly) white Great Dane with small black spots. Didn’t see a collar on him. Was friendly and curious, but ran away when the outdoor light switched on.

Additional Notes: German Shepherd running loose at my place on Curry road a few minutes ago (6:00 pm). It had a full harness on which looked like a dog team harness, blue mesh harness. Tried to call it but got skittish and headed for main road. Please pass word along. Hate to see an animal out in this weather.
