Collar/Tags: Collar and tags, but couldn’t get close enough to read

Lost on: 03/01/2013

Area: Spotted at the turn off to North Sydney, Running on Trans Canada Highway, North Sydney, NS

Additional Notes: Dog Was Spotted Running On Transcanada Highway At Turn Off Towards North Sydney,Nova Scotia.He looked to have tags on but when I would get close he bolted.Sure hope whoever owns this baby finds him ..
