Area: Hwy 125 at Hwy 20, Sydney Mines, Cape Breton, NS

Additional Notes: I sighted this dog on the middle of the highway it had traffic stopped. It didn’t appear to have a collar but looked well cared for and lost. It was on the overpass of Hwy 125 either heading towards Sydney Mines or Bras d’or.

Area: 360 Holland Road, Fletchers Lake, HRM, NS

Additional Notes: This dog has been roaming on Holland Road for the last nine days. Animal control is involved in the case and they have a live trap set. So far no luck. I personally have never seen the dogs but a number of neighbours have and one of the neighbours was able to finally get a picture of Her/him today. Very scared. We are all concerned this dog will get hit by a car. No owners seem to be involved in looking for her/him at this point of time – hopefully this will reach her/his owner.
