Additional Notes: “…I just saw this large black dog (lab mix?) run across rocky lake road and into the trail by powder mill lake (it’s an unmarked trail). The dog was wearing a red collar with tags. No people with it. We followed it into the trail but lost it unfortunately. We didn’t see anyone looking for it. ”
