Additional Notes: This younger adult Black Labrador Retriever was sighted roaming near Purcell’s Cove Rd onto Leitchfield Ave and through some backyards. Was running scared and would not come to anyone. Animal Control has been alerted. Sex Unknown. Bright red collar, like it was brand new.
