Additional Notes: Beagle sniffing around on the side of the road late this afternoon/early evening. On the 118, about 1km past Burnside, heading towards the Fall River turn off. Animal Control was called. This is near the Shubie Trail Head (other end of Lake Charles…going along Shubie canal greenway corridor)… dog could possibly be lost from the trails there or live in that area.

Additional Notes: Zack chased a rabbit into the woods on the afternoon of Feb.28. He did not come back.
He is a very friendly and sweet dog. Zack would be timid of strangers.
Zack is used to family members (including 2 canine friends) who live nearby, and frequently visits them by using a path connected to our yard.
His coat is a mix of black, white and orange/brown.

HAPPY ENDING: Home, Safe n’ Soun! Turns out this is TJ, a rabbit hound/Beagle that has been missing for 2 weeks. We were thrilled when the owner, with the help of Jellybean’s family were able to catch TJ and get him to safety. Thanks to all who cared and shared his info…YIPPEE!! (2.07.18)

Additional Notes: This roaming dog which has been sighted many times lately was thought to be lost beagle Jellybean until game camera photos set up at a comfort station showed not only different colouring, but that this dog is actually a male. Jellybean remains missing. All efforts are being made to capture this dog to get it to safety and hopefully back home. It has been sighted many times along the woodlot roads off of Rhines Rd, King Rd and Georgefield Rd – Between Miller’s Corner – Upper Kennetcook – Georgefield, Hants Co. Please share this dogs info so it’s family knows he’s out there and will hopefully be safe and home soon. Thank you. And thank you to Jellybean’s family for helping to get this dog to safety. Happy to announce that because of you all sharing my post, Triggy is home safe and sound after missing in the woods 10 nights. He is skinny but so happy to see us as you can tell by his howling. An awesome man picked him up about 15 minutes from where we live and because of you, and your sharing and talking aboyt Triggy, they were able to get a lady to contact me.” Thanks to all who cared and shared his info…IT WORKS!!! Additional Notes: Triggy is a very friendly senior Beagle. He hasn’t been a hunting dog for many many years, but the first few years of his life before we got him he was a hunting dog that would go for many days. It is believed that he is in the Uisge Ban Falls Park area. There is jackets and sweaters spread throughout, as it’s a very large area. DNR, Vet Clinic, as well as RCMP are aware of Triggy missing. If anyone hears or sees him, please contact us , we need Triggy home safe and sound in the warm cozy bed. He is very friendly but probably very tired, hungry and sore.
