HAPPY ENDING: BOTH BARON and MARLEY are HOME, Safe and Sound!!!  Marley returned to the camp road and was taken in by a kind neighbour. Just Fantastic!! HALF A HAPPY ENDING: Baron, the Black Lab, has been returned home, tired and thin, but safe n’ sound.  YIPPEE!! He was located approaching a farm near Lochaber.  A wonderful line of connections and word of mouth lead the news right back to the owners… amazing!!  Thanks to the Elderly Woman who took him in and shared the news, and all those that in turn, shared this news as well.  Okay, Marley… time to come out and be found.  So happy for the family, but lets get Marley home!! LOST DOGS: Two Labs:  Marley is the yellow lab female weighs approx 60 lbs wearing a hunter orange collar with her vet tags containing the vet number to contact, her scar from being spayed is very prominent, she is very gentle and is of smaller size. Baron is a black lab weighing 80 lbs, wearing a hunter orange collar as well with his tags. Baron is very gentle and lovey likes to lick alot. Both dogs have been spayed and neutered and up to date on their vaccinations. They have roamed from our camp located in Black Brook, East river St. Marys which is located approx. half way between Antigonish and New Glasgow. Hanging around Pierce St/King St/Beacon St.. North Sydney . the dog looks like a a very young Jack Russell, seems very playful..he/she has been around

FOUND DOG: Halifax/Prospect Rd. – Exhibition Park/HRM Breed: Samoyed or mix Dog, female, was picked up by Animal Control Services. The dog appeared to have been wandering for sometime perhaps.  She is now at Homeward Bound City Pound, www.citypound.ca.  If you have any information please call HRM Animal Services: 490-4000.

HAPPY ENDING: Home, safe and sound.  It looks like after months in the shelter “Miles” has an adoption pending.  Basically, this means he has found his new forever home unless some glitch comes up.  So lets all hope that this is it for such a beautiful little dog.  Terrific!!! HAPPY ENDING: Home Safe n’ Sound!!  First Ingram and then Gretchen were found and all thanks to a wonderful woman who caught Ing in front of her house and called the owners (Tags Work!!).  And then to the Back Hoe worker who told of a sighting of Gretchen, and the Hunters coming out of the woods who saw her in the road… again in front of this wonderful womans’ house.  This is just terrific news.  Thanks to all the great people who cared, shared their info, and even went out searching.  Fantastic!!

UPDATE: Nov 30/11  From the owners: “Thank you to all who are looking out for the kids. The last two reports we had were: Monday afternoon Naugler Road towards Bridgewater Walmart (description very good); Tuesday noon in Lunenburg town (less exact description). This is a separation of 17km. Escape happened Monday about 8:45 am in Old Town Lunenburg. We now have posters up at all local convenience and grocery stores (Blochouse, Mahone Bay, Lunenburg), on post boxes in the Naugler Road area, and at the local RCMP detachments. A CKBW radio ad is ongoing. The radio ad resulted in the Naugler Road report.”

A beautiful, male Lab/poodle mix, I’m guessing.  Good sized dog, well trained… Sandy colour with a curly coat that has been recently trimmed.  Collar is black with white hearts.. no tags… Found at … in Martock just outside of Windsor, Nova Scotia.  If anyone has any information please contact:… Thanks!

FOUND DOG: Greenwood/15 Cedar St./Kings Co. MALE: Rotti/Lab (?) cross Mostly black, with tan markings on chest feet and face, including two tan spots above eyes. Not wearing a collar, very friendly, unaltered, playing well with the finders dog, weighs about 50 lbs. Found 9:00am on Sunday November 27th. Please cross post.
