Additional Notes: My dogs name is Bailey which he could also answer to Lucky.  Bailey is mostly black and he has big floppy feet because he is a real good size dog. His tail is very fluffy and the hair on his legs are shorter then the hair on his body. He was well trained to sit and shake hand . Bailey is really good with people and is not a dog that would harm anyone unless someone would put his owner in danger.  Well natured dog loved everyone that came into my house always tried to lick them and play.  Bailey is registered under Bailey in the Annapolis County and im hoping to find him and get hiim back home to his family that loves him and that i know he misses. HAPPY ENDING: Home, Safe n’ Sound!! YIPPEEEE!!! From the Owner: “GREAT NEWS! AT 9 O’CLOCK TONIGHT WE GOT THE DOG. My friend and I saw him with the help of many people looking. we went to the general area and stayed there for hours. spotted him and he is home safe and sound. THANK YOU”  Just wonderful.  No one ever said it was easy finding a lost dog, but it certainly helps when so many people step up to the plate. TERRIFIC!! (9.23.12 – 9.26.12)

Additional Notes: This dog was found laying in the middle of the highway  (They were around the bass river exit) and my daughter and her boyfriend almost ran her over……they managed to miss her and stopped to see if she was ok and she jumped in the car….seemed really hungry and off to the side of the road was another large white fluffy dog (Maybe a Great Pyrenees Mountain Dog or perhaps a Maremma) who ran off….she didn’t want to leave her on the side of the highway in feer she would get run over so she brought her home. HAPPY ENDING: Home, Safe n’ Sound!! Yippee!! From the Owner:  “YANNAH’S BEEN FOUND & is SAFE&SOUND!!!!! A man saw her behind some bushes by Staples on Gottingen St this morning, saw my poster & called. Then he waited with her until I got there. As soon as she saw me & her squeaky toy she came right out and into my arms! She’s in great shape.. just a little shaken up and hungry. A HUGE thank you to everyone who helped look, called with information or posted info on here. I appreciate it more than you’ll ever know!!! It’s so comforting to know that their are so many great people out there. Such an amazing relief!!” (9.23.12 – 9.25.12)

UPDATED SIGHTING:  Monday, September 24, 2012 – Yannah was sighted Monday morning near the Staples store on Gottingen St.  She was frightened and ran away when approached.  Please report any sightings to the Owners immediately and before approaching as she is very scared and skittish. Thank you.

Additional Notes: Yannah had come up from Alberta to live with her grandmother in Capebreton, before she made it to Capebreton she stopped in halifax for the night with her Aunt. Yannah was scared because of all the new sights and smells and she slipped out of her harness and took off. She is a sweet scared little weiner dog, who answers to the name of “Yannah” or “Yanny”. She was lost on the south end of Halifax, by Dalhousie university. Please help us bring Yannah home. 🙁
