Additional Info:  It is thought that this dog has been sighted in the area since early April (7th).  This dog has been sighted roaming along Northcliff and Oakridge Streets as well. It is very skittish and any attempts to catch this dog have failed so far. Please call Animal Control immediately if you see this dog.

Additional Info: There were three dogs, black med -lg breed , long coat ( maybe poodle / spaniel) with red collars wondering on Black River Road in White Rock/ Kings County. All three have quills in their mouths and nose and run when are approached. One of them is hiding in the bush and crying.
