Additional Notes: Just saw a yorkie looking/sized dog on highway 107 at mile marker 16. He’s terrified and just as I crossed the highway a firework went off and he took off like a shot running along the highway. Another couple stopped to try to get him but he ran off into the woods towards Preston area.

Additional Notes: Oakley is a lighter coloured long-haired golden. His nose is mostly pink, and he has brown eyes. He is very friendly but can be quite timid as well and takes caution when meeting new dogs. He doesn’t normally bark, and is very mellow when in the home, tending to choose a quiet spot to relax away from the noise – that being said he is very scared of loud noises! He has had an identifying microchip put in, so if you take him to the vet they should be able to confirm it is him! At the time he was lost he was quite sick as he had an infected rash around his groin area (he is neutered). The skin appears raw and is warm to the touch and the fur in this area has been cut shorter.
