We brought him home, warmed him up, and fed him, then, as we were leaving the house the next day, contacted Homeward Bound shelter, where they took him in. He is being sheltered there at present.

Black dog has white chest and belly. The tip of his tail looks like a paintbrush with white in the end. They have ended up before on the Edison Foot Rd which isn’t far from here.
