A woman had picked her up and didn’t have a place for her, so she reported her found, and the animal control has picked her up and is in the city pound. HAPPY ENDING: Home, Safe n’ Sound!! Yippeee!!! From the Owner: “Thank you ever so much for posting this. Mr. Lucky was found this evening. Several people went back up to the sod fields this eve with their dogs, Once lucky heard the dogs he decided to come out of hiding. Lucky’s adventure is now over he is now home enjoying some supper and a well deserved nap.  Max’s owner says that he is fine, he is very tired and is looking forward to a nice long nap however he is fine. On behalf of my aunt and family I would like to thank everyone who took the time to cross post the ad and for the tireless efforts  of those who spent the day looking for him.  Our  fur kids  are every bit important than any other member of the family. Thanks again for all that you do to help reunite people and their pets.” (6.4.13 – 6.5.13)

Area: Harmony Road, Nicholsville, Kings, NS

Additional Notes: Roaming dog……A black and white dog, believed to be a young adult, possibly male has been running up and down the road in Nicholsville for the past 3 days. He is running between the Harmony community hall and civic 1857 Harmony Road. He is very skittish, and appears to be limping. He looks very thin and may have been running loose for awhile. Several of the area residents have been trying to catch him but he is too nervous to go to them. I tried to get close enough with food but he scampered away. I did leave food and water for him in the last area he was seen (next to a pond). He may be a lab/whippet or collie mix.

Area: 571 Glengary Row, Greenwood, Kings, NS

Additional Notes: Theodore is eleven years old and is deaf. He was run over by a car in the back yard and was probably in shock. He left the yard suddenly, before we could see how badly he was hurt. A neighbour say him limping down the street and turning left onto Tufts Avenue in Greenwood and heard a car peep. We searched the neighbourhood and saw no sigh of him, he may be lying hurt in someone’s yard or went into woods. We fear the worst but hope he will find his way home. We miss him very much.
