Short hair, somewhat fuzzy tail. Very friendly…almost sounds like a hound dog when howls, sometimes lets out a low gruff bark. Responds to Marley, Marley-Mo, MarMar. Likes to sit pretty with paws in the air for a treat.

Additional Notes: Theodore is eleven years old and is deaf. He was run over by a car in the back yard and was probably in shock. He left the yard suddenly, before we could see how badly he was hurt. A neighbour say him limping down the street and turning left onto Tufts Avenue in Greenwood and heard a car peep. We searched the neighbourhood and saw no sigh of him, he may be lying hurt in someone’s yard or went into woods. We fear the worst but hope he will find his way home. We miss him very much.

Additional Notes: He is a rescue dog from a neglected home so he is not familiar with his name, nor does he approach people easily. He is a wire haired black & tan ‘scruffy looking’ do with a long black tail & was just neutered last week so still has the scar visible. He has big long floppy beagle ears – otherwise he looks like an over sized Yorkie, He stands about 9 inches high & weighs approx 12 – 14 pounds.

HAPPY ENDING: Home, Safe n’ Sound! Yeah!! From the Owner: “Fergus is home from the vet. The vet thinks he will feel better in a couple of days, its a gastrointestnal problem. But the pain he was in, probably accounted for why he hid himself (basement cupboard for 24 hours) and did not make any noises to alert to where he was.
