LOST DOG: Boxer: Lucy, brindle, female, 1.5 yrs old, beige collar – Highbury School Rd, New Minas, Kings Co., NS. Dog adopted from a rescue organization yesterday. Were out at the Annapolis Valley Shooting Sports Club on Highbury School Road in New Minas – playing with the dog. Was unaware people were shooting. Dog heard a shot and took off running toward White Rock on the main Road. She doesn’t know where home is. She is a 1 1/2 year old Brindle Boxer with white patch on chest. Wearing beige collar. FOUND DOG: Halifax/West End/MacDonald St. FEMALE: Yellow Lab – appears to be 1 to 1 1/2 years old. No collar. May weigh 40-50lbs. Fur on the crown of her head is slightly darker tan. Finder has called Animal Services, the Pound & the closest Vet. This dog was found on their front step. This is very close to Larry O’Connell Ball Field.
