Yeah!! This beauty had a lot of new friends caring for her today… she was reported to us as a sighting of a roaming dog and while posting that we recieved an email (didn’t check mail until after posting…Oops!) saying that someone had now found her and soon after, they had returned her to her family. Phew! Thanks to those who are ready to care and share, this one got home before you had a chance to help. YIPPEE!! (9.16.18 – 9.16.18)

The collar is black and we think it had tags but she wouldn’t stay in one spot very long. Managed to get these few pictures before she started heading down South Street. This was around 3:35pm today September 16th

Area: Archibald Ave, North Sydney, Cape Breton, NS

Additional Notes: There is a dog roaming around Archibald Ave in North Sydney without a collar or leash for the last week and a half. He barks at everyone he sees but he was friendly enough tonight for me to take some pictures of him. Unfortunately due to incompatibility between dogs, no one was able to bring this dog in. Animal Control only works on an Emergency Basis after hours. But please still report any sightings to Animal Control immediately. This dog seems to have an imminent medical condition that needs attention.
