Additional Notes: Oreo is hard of hearing and has very bad arthritis in hind legs and has difficulty walking. He was left out of the house at 5:30 a.m and did not return. He has short lab type hair, long tail and is black and white. He is not able to walk far so we think he may have been picked up by someone.
