HAPPY ENDING: Home, Safe n’ Sound! Yeah! The conclusion is this was the missing Yellow Lab “Chloe” (Lower Wolfville) who was found in New Minas and is safe and healthy. Thank you to all who searched and reported this sighting, as well as to all who cared and shared. Yippee!! (12.8.15 – 12.10.15)

 

NOTE:  “This evening on Prospect Road in New Minas a yellow lab (looking) dog was struck by a car. We looked for the dog for a while because it was able to get up and run off.” This dog may be injured.

We looked for the dog for a while because it was able to get up and run off. “ There is concern that if this dog returns home, the owners may not know to watch for internal injuries and the dog may suffer. Also, if they are unaware of the dogs injuries, it could try and defend itself and injure a child or adult.

Additional Notes: Sedna is a brindled dog, she has short, brown fur with a white patch on her chest. She is very friendly and likes people. She has a torn miniscus in her hind left leg so she may be limping or favouring this leg. She ran out the door at 8:30pm, December 6th. She has a microchip but no collar on.

Additional Notes: Buddy is wearing a red studded collar, he is short haired brindle in color with white on his neck and chest with little white on his paws and he has brown eyes. He is friendly and is a family dog loves to lick. He got out when we were tending the fireplace we chased him down the road but he was gone at around 3:00 pm yesterday Friday the 5th 2015.
