Additional Notes: Asia has smooth hair, has the colouring similar to Dobermans and Rottweilers. Asia is very gentle and does have a microchip. She was out for her morning bathroom break in the yard and three minutes later was no where to be seen. Asia has never wondered off before and is very trusting. Please bring her home to us!

Area: Buckingham Drive, Haliburton Hills, Buckingham Drive, Nova Scotia, NS

Additional Notes: Well groomed healthy liver and white Springer Spaniel. Followed us for about 1.5 KM during our walk in Haliburton Hills. Ran into Road frequently, into culverts putting herself at risk. Followed us without bidding right to our house. Stayed in our yard for 15 minutes when we decided to make inquiries. Very pleasant, well kept dog. Affectionate and friendly. Dog now in care of animal control as tags could not be matched to owner in system quickly. HRM making efforts to locate owner.

HAPPY ENDING: Home, Safe n’ Sound! YIPPEE!!! From the Family: “I want to thank everyone who searched so hard and so long for my Buster! It was an unbelievably stressful experience but at the same time, it was amazing to feel so connected to so many people, all working together to help a dog find his family!” I was so impressed with the effort put into finding Buster by his family (Kim/Rachel, Cousins and Grandmother), friends (Michelle/Tara/Hugh/and many others) and complete strangers. A huge thank you to all who called in sightings as well. Great job everyone! (3.7.14 – 3.11.14)

Additional Notes: Grey long hair, shaggy, approximately 45 lbs. Buster bolted from a dog sitter when he went home to check on him so he may be in flight mode. He is generally friendly and likes other dogs. There was a possible sighting on Herring Cove Rd.

RAINBOW BRIDGE: Passed Away – We have heavy hearts as we report that Skipper was found by some very kind folks who took the time to contact all the right people to find his owners. It looks like he may have fallen through some ice and drowned. Our heartfelt sympathy goes out to his family and friends. I’m sure in time, they will be grateful to know what happened and only have fond memories of Skipper that bring smiles and laughter. (3.3.14 – 6.29.14)
