Additional Notes: Dog is roaming since early this morning. He or she will not come to anyone. He or she is wearing a collar and seems skittish. This could be a Chihuahua mix, or perhaps a Miniature Pinscher mix… unknown at this time.

Area: Archibald Ave, North Sydney, Cape Breton, NS

Additional Notes: There is a dog roaming around Archibald Ave in North Sydney without a collar or leash for the last week and a half. He barks at everyone he sees but he was friendly enough tonight for me to take some pictures of him. Unfortunately due to incompatibility between dogs, no one was able to bring this dog in. Animal Control only works on an Emergency Basis after hours. But please still report any sightings to Animal Control immediately. This dog seems to have an imminent medical condition that needs attention.
