Additional Notes: Hey there. I just spotted a black and white mixed breed dog walking down the shoulder of highway 104 just outside Bayfield/ Heatherton area. I slowed down to try to get him/ her but he/she ran towards the woods. Dog looked happy as could be walking down the highway dragging a blue leash behind him/her. Someone is going to be searching. Additional Notes: Ruckus is a 5 year old, Male Golden Retriever. He has been know to roam. The door of our house didnt close all the way and Ruckus was able to get out without us knowing. He is a very friendly and loving dog. He would trust anyone. He was last spotted on Summerside Bayfield Road. This is typically where we always find him.
