Additional Notes: This sweetie was found on Poplar St in Dartmouth and is being cared for until the owner is found. He’s very friendly, well groomed and must be missed by his family. He was found wearing this blue and black harness, but no collar or tags. HRM Animal Control is being contacted and he will be check for a microchip soon.
