I actually saw this dog and owners trying to get him. His name is Willy and I know he is white with Beige spots (I thought a border collie?) Time was 7:20 pm on Romans Avenue and I was heading towards Halifax Shopping Center when I saw him wondering around the area….I think the owners live off of Romans Avenue near Ward Avenue or Cook Avenue? He ran up a Cook Avenue and went into the little park there ( I think the park is called Albert Walker Park?) He then ran up Cook Avenue towards Halifax Shopping Center and went through the little passage way that brings you out to the Halifax Shopping Center. He ran right down the middle of the road all around to other side where Royal Bank is and I lost track of him after that. Few people stopped trying to get him but he would not come at all.So worried he will get hit but he seemed to escape the traffic. I know the owners are were out looking for Willie (two girls). I will look again on my way home from work. Hopefully they were able to get him home
