HAPPY ENDING: Home, Safe n’ Sound! Yeah!! We thank all that cared and shared. “Medo came home late last night. Thank you so much for all your help. She was tired and hungry and is sleeping in bed with her boy. Thank you again.” (1.17.18 – 1.18.18)

Breed or Mix: Black Labrador Retriever mix

Sex: Female, Age: 2

Collar/Tags: Pink collar w/pink bone shaped tag w/Medo on one side and our phone number on the other.

Lost on: 01/17/2018

Area: Sutherlands River, Pictou County, NS

Additional Notes: Medo (Meadow) is a 2 year old black lab mix with a white patch on her chest and chin with brown eyes and about 40-45 lbs. She is wearing a pink color with pink bone shaped tags with her name and our phone number on it. She is very friendly – loves kids and dogs. Medo was out helping us shovel this evening January 17 and at 6:00 pm – she was sniffing and then disappeared. She is an indoor dog and has never been gone this long. Her kids miss her very much.       Thanks some much for the update. I hate to read about lost pets, worry about them, then often never hear if they’ve been found. So happy about Medo!

        Hi Sylvia,

        Thanks for your comment, we too were thrilled that Medo had been found. Please note that our average success rate is 85% Happy Endings. Break up the last 15% or so into Rainbow Bridges and the unknown. Sometimes the unknown is due to never being found or never being updated by the owner. So, it really is just a small percentage of dogs that end up never being updated. Thanks again, hope this helps.
