RAINBOW BRIDGE: Passed Away: It is with very heavy hearts that we share Scotch’s passing. Although, people were trying to help and not chasing him, little Scotch got in the way of an oncoming car and passed away. No one is to blame here, everyone tried their best. Please join us in sending heartfelt condolences to all of Scotch’s family and friends…may they, in time, only feel the joy and love of having Scotch in their lives.
