Additional Notes: Found this dog wandering in the middle of the Old Sackville Rd, have asked a few people on the street, saying not familiar with this dog. Older dog, wearing a sweater, looks well cared for.

We lost our beautiful little female Shih Tzu mix in 2013 and she would be 10 now. Could someone please take a more helpful picture of the face of this little one, please? Are there any white patches on her chest or feet?
