Additional Notes: Harley is a 70lb chocolate Lab, he has a white spot on his chest and is getting white on around the mouth. He is a very friendly dog. Harley is microchipped. Harley is staying with my brother as we are out of town and he had him out for a walk and he let him off his leash to go and do his business and he took off, Harley is not a runner so he must have picked up a smell. He is in an unknown part of town.
