Additional Notes: Looks like “Sandy” the dog from Annie. Found wandering around the Tacoma Drive area in Dartmouth. Male… He’s wearing a black collar. Golden with wired hair. Some sort of terrier mix. He has no identification tags but he may be microchipped. I’m not sure. Animal services are coming to pick him up.
