    Would I be able to adopt this dog and give it a good home …

      You would have to contact Homeward Bound City Pound as are only focused on getting lost dogs to safety and hopefully back home. This dog may have gone home by now, but you will have to call 902-407-8273 to find out more details. Thank you for your interest, best of luck.
