Angus

HAPPY ENDING: Home, Safe n’ Sound! Yeah!! We thank all that cared and shared. “Just received news this morning, Tim Horton staff on Caldwell Rd spotted and alerted control. It was Angus’ donut weakness that saved him! Thank you for your assistance Janet. We will be very happy to be reunited with our little boy again!” Special WOOFS out to those that provided sightings & to the staff of Tim Hortons (5.15.16 – 5.16.16)

Breed or Mix: Black Lab mix

Sex: Male, Age: 8 yrs

Collar/Tags: Black leather studded collar

Lost on: 05/15/2016

Area:  Dartmouth, Halifax Co., NS

Additional Notes: Angus is a black dog, smooth coat, very friendly, tail loops like a husky at times. Has black leather collar with studs, no tag.
Neutered. Became seperated from owner behind Mel Braine ballfield early Sunday morning approx 0830, chased rabbit and ran downhill towards Morris Lake through brush. Usually Angus has smarts to return but must have become disorientated as this was an unfamiliar area. Owner and Angus’ littermate searched woods between Caldwell Rd Tim Hortons and Morris Lake, area behind ballfield and surrounding sub division. Placed flyers on community mailboxes in area. Thanks

A weakness for donuts brought Angus out to Tim Horton’s location on Caldwell Rd. Bakery staff alerted authorities and he was apprehended this morning. Thank you all for your concern and Janet and her website for helping re-unite Angus and his family. Happy day for us!
