Additional Notes: Conrad came from the SPCA and had an unfortunate past, so he is very nervous around people. He will run away if you try to approach him but he is a very nice dog. He has long fur that is mostly white with brown and some black. He is microchipped and recently neutered. He has two stitches on his right paw.

I believe I saw this dog yesterday morning while coming home from Crescent Beach. It was around 11 am. It was on the side of Lahave towards the beach, he was heading up a long dirt driveway with no house in view at the end. It caught my attention because I usually don’t see a dog roaming alone. I am not sure of the exact location or if it was this exact dog but it looked similar. I was more interested in seeing a loose dog than I was paying attention to exactly where I was.
