Additional Notes: His name is cooey, he’s a friendly beagal, most likely scared , may be a little timid if approached. hes 7 years old – white with brown & black markings. He had a faded orange collar on with a bell attached to it.
He was last seen running out of the woods towards western shore, from acrossed the 103 highway. Coming back from a hunt.
