Additional Notes: UNKNOWN SEX: Labrador Retriever, blond coat, stocky build. UNKNOWN SEX: Border Collie or mix, black and white, rough coat, appeared to have a collar. BOTH sighted roaming back and forth across Highway 7 on Nov.23/15.
