Area: 17 Russell St., Dartmouth, Halifax, NS

Additional Notes: “… running past the corner of Russell and Richmond Streets in Darmouth. S/he looked scared and confused. I called to it but it bolted in the direction of downtown Dartmouth.”

    possible siting?

    a short haired black dog with collar on running loose on Regal rd in Dartmouth just minutes ago. Tried to catch it with treats, but looked a scared and ran off. Some sort of Lab, perhaps….very dark shiny black, and young I assume
