Additional Notes: Robbie is a black and white rough coat border collie with traditional markings. Lost Tuesday night around 8:30. He was in the house but bolted out a door in search of my husband when he heard thunder. He’s probably very scared and may nip/snap. It’s possible he is hiding in a shed or under a deck.
