Additional Notes: Harley is about 12 pounds, small with black wavy hair. She was a white gotie. We have a beagle as well who we tie when we let out and he ended up chewing is leash and getting free around 3pm July 29. So Harley decided to follow him. And only one has returned and Harley is still out there!
