HAPPY ENDING: Home, Safe n’ Sound! Yeah! From his Finders: “We picked him up because we didn’t want him to get hit by a car. We asked around a few houses, but, he was not familiar to them. He was half mud, so, we took him home and bathed him up. What a beauty! Called SPCA representative who saw him back to his rightful owners! Thank you so much to the SPCA. Additional Notes: Mugsy is a friendly chubby pug who loves everyone. Fawn in colour, a little taller then most pugs and loves other dogs and cats. Has been gone since 5:30 in the morning. Went out with his sister for their normal bathroom time and never came back. May have decided to wonder off to chase local wildlife but not something he does.
