Hi, I was at Brightwood golf course yesterday and there was a pup that looked just like Izzy, but didn’t have the pink harness. I am hoping it is the same puppy? Where was Izzy found and did she have a limp when found as the one I saw did. I did report it to the SPCA. I couldn’t catch her as she shyed away when I walked towards her. If it is not her I am going back tomorrow to see if I can find her.

Thank you Joan, I believe that must have been Izzy as that is where she was found. Thank you so much for trying to catch her and especially for taking the time to report this to hopefully you meant Animal Control. We are thrilled that Izzy was found and is safe at home. Thank you.

The Brightwood golf course, is a long way from Celtic Drive, she travelled a long way/

      Hi Elizabeth,

Actually it isn’t that far – only about 2.8 kms. Most dogs when on the run can travel very fast and far.
      Thanks for caring,

        Hi all
The problem with getting lost on the golf course is that there is only one way in and out and I was concerned that the pup would not find her way out! But luckily she was found and before the Blizzard!! I am very happy that she has returned to her family! She seemed like such a sweet pup, but shy and would not let a stranger approach her.
