Additional Notes: Poco is an elderly, hearing and sight impaired spayed female. She has natural long hair which is black and brown in colour, with some grey throughout. She has visible cataracts and will not respond to calling her name; only to loud hand clapping. Her hearing and sight deficits make her skittish to anyone who approaches her. Poco has a cyst on her right front paw, semi-tipped ears, and often walks with her tail tucked in. She is about 12 lbs and is very large through the rib area, but narrow toward her hind end.

I live very close to these people but have not seen this dog. I am always out in my yard and will try clapping to get her attention if I see her.
We really appreciate your help. Instead of clapping, I would suggest you get low to the ground and try and quietly coax her into you… also report the sighting immediately to the family. Thank you so much.
