Additional Notes: Royce was due for a hair cut but was a little sick and didn’t make it there so he has a couple of mats under his tail and chin. Mostly white fur with some grey and brown through it. Last night the weather was terrible he may have taken shelter in a yard or something if no one took him in.

I saw the dog last night, if it is the same one on Merrimac Dr in Cole Harbour, it was not wearing a harness and looked like an all white color, but it was hard to tell in the darkness. It was trying to get in a duplex on Merrimac that had dog’s in the house. I knocked on the door and nobody would answer, even though the light’s were on. So I spoke with a senior couple that lived 1 or 2 door’s down, and they took the dog into their duplex and out of the rain..
